Driving Directions from the West Take the Long Island Expressway (495) East to the last exit (#73). At the end of the exit ramp you will be heading East on Route 58. Proceeding on Route 58, it will become Main Road (Route 25). Continue on Main Road through Riverhead Town into Southold Town. You will pass through the picturesque Southold Hamlets of Laurel, Mattituck, Cutchogue, Peconic and into the Hamlet of Southold. In the Hamlet of Southold, Main Road takes a sharp curve to the right, a church is situated on the inside corner of the curve. Town Hall is a white one-story building which is on the North (your left) side of Main Road 2 buildings from Horton’s Lane.
