| As you can see from the above links and statistics, the versions of the maps posted on the Southold Town website are too big to view on a computer screen without distortion and have inordinately large filesizes. A good rule of thumb is that nothing on a website should be over 100,000 bytes unless absolutely necessary and then there should be a warning. |
